<p class="" data-start="287" data-end="588">I&rsquo;ve been doing some research on different property investment strategies and recently came across something called a <strong data-start="405" data-end="425">dual key package or dual key house package. It sounds like a great way to get two rental incomes from one property &mdash; but I&rsquo;m wondering if anyone here has experience with them?

<p class="" data-start="590" data-end="879">From what I understand, a dual key home is designed with two separate living spaces under one roof &mdash; usually sharing an entrance or a wall, but still offering privacy and independence for both tenants. Some are even eligible for first home buyer grants, which makes it even more appealing.
