<p data-start="196" data-end="578">Has anyone checked out the new <strong data-start="227" data-end="290">Boulevard Coast EC project that's launching soon? I came across it recently and it looks pretty promising in terms of location and amenities. It&rsquo;s supposed to be a modern executive condominium with good connectivity and seems like it might be a solid investment opportunity or even a nice place to live in.
